Breathwork is a beautiful and powerful practice for those ready to experience deep shifts and transformation. It is especially beneficial for those who find it difficult to quiet their minds or feel disconnected from their bodies.

Each session begins with a brief conversation where we discuss your intentions or any specific themes or challenges you would like to explore and work with.
You will then be guided on how to practise the breathwork technique before settling into a comfortable and lying position.
Throughout the session you will be supported through words, guided imagery and messages. Towards the end we will enter a resting phase, allowing your body to integrate the experience and enter into a state of deep relaxation.
