“The session was very healing on the physical level. I felt tension in my left brain initially and during the session I could feel that area was loosening up and then clearing slowly. My awareness was being brought to the higher chakras that were activated and I could feel my soul essence coming through. I started feeling my whole auric field as if it got activated, and my body became lighter and lighter, then it crumbed away like sand. I could see a lot of white light coming in, seeping through my soul star chakra. I realized that this is a perfect way to connect to the spirit guides and download healing and information. The crystal bowls brought a lot of magic in and I felt my chakras being replenished. I could feel the sound waves coming though me like in an ocean soothing, and slowly blending into one with it. "I originally met Mayra on zoom initially then in person for a bowl consultation. Very quickly, we engineered a 1:1 coaching session, quite organically, so I could understand how I could get a more of a deeper understanding of my own bowls and exposing their hidden magic I had not yet discovered about them. My instinct was to keep adding bowls to my set to achieve all the notes and sharp notes  - what got lost a little in translation was that my beautiful growing set was already incredibly magical and powerful. Mayra suggested I pause and reminded me to see the beauty of what was already right on front of me.  

I was also little struck on structure and theory - in that new world of music theory - I had forgotten to add instinct and intuition with the foundation of music theory, so allow music theory to be my grounding and build the journey from there with my own gifts rather then letting music theory dictate the journey. 

I am wired in career by structure and theory so it was transformational when Mayra helped me navigate the pathway back to my own gifts of intuition  - to listen to the vibrational sounds and let them feed of each other to create the experiences rather than play the notes in set sequences all the time. Both work, the former helped open up a new world of feeling than thinking for which I am very grateful to Mayra for guiding me back to myself and the wisdom body I already know.
