This ceremony includes mindful movement, a crystal bowl sound bath, and meditation to connect with your ancestors, all whilst being held by ceremonial cacao & rose to nourish both the physical and energetic heart.

You’ll also receive a small gift to take away as an offering to yourself, to your ancestors and to the earth, so that you can continue being in ceremony in your own time.
